Once They See You
Happy Friday the 13th
I’m excited to share a new original horror short to celebrate Friday the 13th. This story is inspired by the contemporary American legend or Creepypasta, the Black-eyed Children, and is part of the Eye See You Friday the 13th event hosted by the TiF Team with special guests and judges John Coon and Garen Marie.
The Black-Eyed Children are supernatural entities that appear as children or teenagers at front doors, on the streets, or hitchhiking begging for help. The Daily Mail once ran a story about these “children” haunting a pub. I’ve only read the headlines but it inspired this story.
Happy spooky reading! Have a safe Friday the 13th by remembering not to let the wrong ones in.
